	Pierre Andurand CIO Pierre Andurand is the founder the Andurand Group and Chief Investment Officer of Andurand Capital Management Ltd. Pierre was previously Chief Investment Officer at BlueGold, a global commodities hedge fund which at its peak managed over $2 billion USD, and which Pierre co-founded with Dennis Crema in 2007 and launched in 2008. Prior to BlueGold, Mr Andurand was one of the most successful energy traders at Vitol SA. He started with Vitol in 2003 in Singapore and relocated to London where he became a Partner and remained there until 2007. Between 2002 and 2003, Pierre was a principal and oil trader at Bank of America in Singapore. In 2000 Pierre was recruited out of graduate school by Goldman Sachs to be an oil trader for the bank’s commodities trading unit in Singapore. Pierre holds a Msc in Computer Science from Columbia, a MSc in Mathematical and Theoretical Physics from Oxford, a MSc in Astrophysics from Queen Mary University of London, a Masters in International Finance from HEC, Paris; and an Engineering Degree in Applied Mathematics from INSA, Toulouse, France.
	Hakon Haugnes CFO/COO Hakon Haugnes is CFO/COO of Andurand Capital Management Ltd and responsible for all operational and financial (non-investment) aspects of the company and the group of Andurand companies. Hakon was previously Risk Manager for BlueGold Capital (2010-2012) which at its peak managed over $2 billion in commodities markets. Prior to BlueGold, Haugnes was co-founder of Global Name Registry, a private company which was sold in Q4 2008 to VeriSign Inc (NASDAQ:VRSN). He served with the Norwegian Armed Forces as Strategist and holds a masters degree (honours) in mathematical modelling from the Institute of Cybernetics at the Norwegian Institute of Science and Technology (NTNU) and studied engineering at Institut National des Sciences Appliquees (INSA) in Toulouse, France.
	Sara Corsaro Head of Marketing and Investor Relations Sara Corsaro is the Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Andurand Capital Management Ltd. She was previously at BlueGold Capital in the same capacity where she joined in March 2009. Prior to that, Sara was with Morgan Stanley in the US and UK from 2001 to 2008, having spent the last few years as a member of the Prime Brokerage Capital Introductions team in London. Sara has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor Degree in International Relations.
	Maria Douloubakas Partner, Chief Compliance Officer Maria Douloubakas is Partner of Andurand Capital Management LLP and the Chief Compliance Officer with oversight responsibilities for the regulatory compliance of the group of Andurand Companies. Maria was previously at BlueGold where she focused on the firm’s global compliance and legal matters since June 2011. Prior to that, Maria was a consultant with the IMS Group (now Cordium), which she joined in 2008. After completing her legal studies in 2005 she worked with the risk management team at DLA Piper UK LLP. Maria has a 2.1 LLB Business Finance Law degree from Brunel University and has completed the Legal Practice course at the College of Law in London. Maria has also obtained the Charted Institute of Securities and Investment Diploma in Investment Compliance.
	Bassel Zikry Partner, Head of Research and Portfolio Manager Bassel Zikry is a Partner and Head of Research at Andurand Capital Management LLP. He is also a voting member of the Investment Committee of Andurand Climate and Energy Transition (ACET) fund. Mr. Zikry was previously at Point72 Asset Management, focused on energy and commodity fundamental research. Mr. Zikry started his career at Williams Capital Group in New York, also covering energy. Mr. Zikry graduated from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, where he majored in International Politics. He earned an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, majoring in quantitative finance. Additionally, he earned an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School at Harvard University, where his focus was macroeconomics and public policy. During graduate school, he worked part-time at Tiger Global Management.
	Kevin Polidano Risk Manager Kevin Polidano is risk manager of Andurand Capital Management Ltd, having joined the firm in October 2012. Before joining the team Kevin was a Business Analyst with Deloitte, Malta, and prior to that, investment analyst with Bank Of Valletta, Malta. Kevin is a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFI.
	Neel Patel Head of Trading and PM Neel Patel is Head of Trading with responsibility for all execution trading of the firm. Prior to this was Execution Trader for Andurand Capital Management LLP since inception. He was previously the execution trader at BlueGold where he started in February 2008 having built the front office desk/trading operations from launch. Prior to that, he was a physical natural gas shift trader for Statoil. Prior to that, Neel was a natural gas broker at Spectron Group. Neel graduated from University of Southampton with a Bachelor degree in Finance & Economics with Business Information Management.
	Steen Sherman Oil Analyst Steen Sherman is the main Oil Analyst of Andurand Capital Management LLP. He joined Andurand Capital during the spring of 2016 as an execution trader and analyst. Prior to Andurand, Steen spent five years at Cargill in Geneva, Switzerland across the fuel oil trading and analysis teams. Steen holds a Master’s degree in International Trading, Commodity Finance, & Shipping from the University of Geneva as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
